Overview Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on diagnostic medical equipment or specific medical devices. Inspect, test, replace and adjust malfunctioning components and parts. Keep records of system problems and issues. Responsibilities Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on diagnostic medical equipment or specific medical devices. Qualifications Education Associate’s Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronic Technology, Imaging Service Technology, or a related field Required or In Lieu of degree related military service Required or In Lieu of degree three (3) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required Work Experience 2 years Two (2) years of demonstrated experience performing corrective and preventive maintenance on the following: General X-Ray, R&F room, C-Arms, Portables.
