Responsibilities Responsibilities Meet with individuals and families to identify their retirement and insurance needs. Educate clients on Medicare, life insurance, annuities, and retirement planning options. Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. Develop your own book of business while benefiting from local mentorship and national support. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Work collaboratively with your local office to serve clients throughout the Evansville area. Maintain accurate client records and follow all compliance requirements. Represent American Senior Benefits with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset. Hear From Our Agents Qualifications Requirements: Active Health and Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong work ethic with a desire to grow professionally and financially. Comfortable using computers, email, and standard business software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Must be willing to work from our local office and meet with clients in person. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.
