Job Description  • It is an incredibly exciting time to join the US Middle Market Prospect Marketing team. • As an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will have an extraordinary opportunity to fuel the team’s transformation into a buyer-centric, data-driven demand engine. • As the Senior Manager of Inbound Marketing Strategy, you will own the inbound customer experience across channels from initial engagement by inbound marketing associates to lead distribution. Specific responsibilities include: • Develop multi-channel inbound dialogue strategy (i.e. phone, click to chat, etc.) building upon the Middle Market’s buyer personas and journeys. • Develop systematic approach to measure readiness-to-buy during inbound customer interactions to determine next step in customer journey. • Create training strategy and associated assets to up-skill inbound channel associates. • Design and implement campaign performance metrics to derive insights to enhance future campaigns and messaging. Qualifications: • Strong strategic marketer with strong focus on the customer. • Comfortable with innovation and change in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. • Detail-oriented project manager who can juggle multiple work streams in collaboration with cross-functional partners. • Effective communicator with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Problem solver who can manage through operational challenges and overcome them. • Inbound tele experience a plus.
