Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.    We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join our Civil Space Manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the production of complex space hardware—including life‑support equipment and other mission‑critical assemblies for civil space programs. You’ll drive efficiency, quality, and throughput across manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. What You Will Do:   Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and production layouts for space hardware assembly and test Perform time studies, capacity analysis, and throughput modeling to identify opportunities for productivity improvement Lead waste‑reduction and continuous‑improvement initiatives Analyze nonconformances and support root‑cause and corrective‑action activities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management Use digital manufacturing tools to drive data‑based decision making Utilize the CORE methodology to drive operational excellence, acting as the CORE domain focal for Civil Space in WLOX Qualifications You Must Have:   Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
