Help us reshape the industry with the following initiatives:   Lead and support reconciliation and financial controls transformation programs across Capital Markets organizations  Drive business analysis, requirements definition and functional documentation for platform modernization initiatives  Assess current-state processes and design target operating models across Front, Middle and Back Office  Support implementation of reconciliation and control platforms (e.g., TLM, Intellimatch, Duco, BlackLine or similar)  Drive structured change management including stakeholder alignment, impact assessment and adoption support  Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:  Strong understanding of Capital Markets trade lifecycle (Front-to-Back)  Deep knowledge of reconciliation processes, financial controls, and sub-ledger to GL frameworks  Solid understanding of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)  Familiarity with regulatory environment (SEC, FINRA, Basel, EMIR etc.)  Exposure to Capital Markets platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Broadridge, Aladdin, Charles River)  Your experience counts!   Tier 1 MBA School   6–10 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Custody, or Asset/Wealth Management   Hands-on experience working on reconciliation or financial control transformation initiatives   Experience implementing or supporting reconciliation platforms (TLM,   Intellimatch , Duco,   BlackLine   or similar)   Experience in system implementation or operating model transformation programs   Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments   What’s   in it for you?   An opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients    Potential to Co-create with leaders in strategy, industry experts, enterprise function practitioners   and,   business intelligence professionals to shape and recommend innovative solutions that   leverage   emerging technologies.   Ability to embed responsible business into everything—from how you service your clients to how you   operate   as a responsible professional.    Personalized training modules to develop your strategy & consulting acumen to grow your skills, industry   knowledge   and capabilities    Opportunity to thrive in a culture that is committed to   accelerate   equality for all.
