Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions designed and delivered meet the clients' needs effectively. You will be instrumental in guiding teams through complex challenges, ensuring that the project objectives are met with precision and quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide strategic insights to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Bentley Architecture & Design Solutions. - Strong understanding of architectural design principles and methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in architecture and design.
