Instructional Assistant

Job Description As an Instructional Assistant with The Menta Group, you will be responsible for working with classroom instructors and staff to offer targeted teaching and support to students in the classroom, as well as general support for all students in the school. Staff Hours 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Mon-Fri, following a school calendar Valid Driver's License to provide student transportation using a school van, strongly preferred Benefits & Paid Benefit Time Off  Southwest Academy In addition to providing a rigorous and excellent education for students, Southwest Academy offers a short-term placement for students facing suspension from their home schools, reducing the likelihood of repeat behaviors. The academy provides academic and social emotional support to high-risk children and adolescents aged 5-22, with a no refusal, no suspension, no expulsion policy.
