Location Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, full time employment) London, UK (remote, contractor position) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Search & Operations Associate to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. This is a varied role that combines project management, operational improvement, internal communications, and AI-driven innovation. Rather than focusing on one specialist area, you'll work across multiple projects that help improve how the team operates. You'll take ownership of initiatives from idea through to delivery, work with stakeholders across different functions, analyse data and budgets, identify opportunities for improvement, and help introduce new ways of working using AI and automation.
