Come & join us on the road to success.   We are looking for a passionate and creative trainee to support our internal communication initiatives and contribute to building a strong corporate culture in an international environment. Responsibilities Draft news articles, interviews, and feature stories for internal audiences Manage internal communication channels, including corporate intranet, newsletters, corporate emails, and informative screens Collaborate on communication campaigns and corporate culture projects Support the organization of internal events (town halls, engagement initiatives, etc.) Assist in the creation of communication materials (presentations, banners, announcements) Collaborate with and support international offices in their local communication initiatives Build and maintain relationships with diverse internal stakeholders across departments Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field Strong writing and content creation skills Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and grow in corporate communication Strong interest in content creation and communication channel management Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (intranet, newsletters, email campaigns) is a plus Conversational level of English (required) Applus IDIADA is committed to equality,   diversity and inclusion .
