Skills/Experience: · 2+ years designing, deploying, installing and configuring complex Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager clusters, Cisco Unity Voice Mail · 5+ years troubleshooting and resolving complex Avaya Definity G3R issues · Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers · Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem solving skills .
