What you’ll do here as IT Helpdesk Intern? What You’ll Do Here… . First line support for service desk ticket requests Assist with Onboarding new Axians – including, but not limited to building new hire laptops and conducting trainings Help create and maintain knowledge base documentation Maintain and organize inventory Shadow senior team members Involvement in ongoing IT projects Perform additional tasks as required Who are we looking for/Who are you? Strong attention to detail Organized with ability to multi-task Excellent use of time management High skill level with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Platform Ability to effectively work independently as well as within a team Excellent problem solving and analytical skills  Excellent oral and written communication skills Eager and quick learner We'd love to hear that you have/are: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Management Information Systems Maintained GPA of 3.0 or better Prior IT internship experience a plus Interest in learning about Information Systems Interest in technology as this will focus on our windows platform, office applications and more!
