IT Project Manager - Cybersecurity

The group puts innovation at the heart of its development and intervenes in areas related to the technological changes of large groups, such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Intelligence, Web3, Metaverse, Blockchain or Io Hybrid – Contract Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Start Date:  September 2026 We are looking for a Project Manager to support our Renewables and Industrial Cybersecurity activities , with a strong focus on coordination and reporting . This role sits at the intersection of IT, business, and data , ensuring the smooth execution of IT deployments across solar projects while maintaining clear visibility through dashboards and KPIs . Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day) Coordinate IT deployments across solar farms (networks, OT security, remote access) Act as a central point of coordination between IT, cybersecurity, business teams, and external vendors Track cybersecurity actions, risks, and remediation (ServiceNow) Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting Support PMO activities (project tracking, KPIs, reporting) #LI-KC Project Management / PMO / Business Analysis Strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical) Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Comfortable with data, reporting, and dashboards Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment Ability to understand processes and clearly explain data insights Industry knowledge is a plus , but not mandatory Autonomous, structured , and able to work efficiently in a small team Tools & Technologies ServiceNow (reporting, dashboards) Power BI Dashboarding & reporting tools Data analysis & KPI tracking At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: 💵 Annual salary base 💸401(k) retirement plan with company matching 🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year ❤️‍🩹Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA 🦺Voluntary STD and LTD 🚍 Commuter/transit benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
