Key Responsibilities:
Lead, and manage daily tasks for a team of QA analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development
Oversee QA processes across IT validations or SIT, regression testing, and UAT phases
Design, write, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IT validations and system integrations
Execute and support manual testing efforts, including structured test scripts maintained in tools such as Jira Zephyr and Excel
Utilize Jira and Zephyr (optional) or Excel for test management, execution tracking, and defect lifecycle management
Support and expand automated testing using Copado
Plan and coordinate regression testing cycles to ensure system stability across releases
Partner with business stakeholders across manufacturing, sales, and service to develop UAT scripts, guide execution, and validate results
Translate business processes and requirements into effective test scenarios and coverage
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring clear communication with development teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are testable and aligned with quality standards
Establish and continuously improve QA standards, processes, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
Hands-on experience writing and executing test scripts for IT validations or SIT
Experience using Excel for test case and script management
Experience with regression testing and release cycles
Familiarity with test automation tools, preferably Copado
Proven ability to manage QA teams and coordinate across multiple initiatives
Experience supporting UAT and working directly with business users
Good understanding of business processes within manufacturing operations, sales, and/or service environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Zephyr or similar test management tools
Experience in Salesforce environments
Deeper domain expertise in manufacturing, sales, or service operations
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
