Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency:  English (Required) Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: This role sits within the IT Strategy & Product Management team and produces clear, concise, executive-level materials while supporting operational consistency across the function. It is a synthesis-and-communications role — preparing deliverables for the Board, CIO, and leadership team, supporting vendor analysis and scorecards, and applying AI tools creatively across the work. The analyst supports CRC’s broader AI adoption effort by modeling strong AI fluency in their own work and helping the team do the same. The ideal candidate is an early adopter of AI, a curious and creative thinker about how to apply AI to everyday work, and an evangelist who enjoys sharing techniques with peers. Key Responsibilities Executive Communications & Content — Prepare executive-ready materials including Board content, CIO updates, all-hands decks, and status reports using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AI tools; maintain accuracy and consistency across recurring deliverables Metrics & Scorecards — Help maintain portfolio scorecards and dashboards, consolidating inputs from Product Managers into executive-level views; support tracking of benefit realization post-launch Vendor and Market Analysis Support — Monitor select vendor marketplaces and general market trends, s upport RFI/RFP processes, scoring, and comparisons using the vendor evaluation framework; coordinate reviews with Procurement, Legal, Security, and Privacy; draft recommendation memos and help maintain the vendor landscape library AI Adoption Support — Apply AI tools daily to synthesis, drafting, and analysis work; share techniques, build reusable prompts, and contribute playbooks that help the broader IT team adopt AI; this role supports the enterprise AI Adoption effort, it does not lead it Education & Experience The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, communications, or IT, including experience supporting executive communications, reporting, and Board-level materials Functional Skills Demonstrated AI fluency, including hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms, and the ability to apply AI to enhance analysis, content development, and day-to-day productivity Interest in sharing AI techniques and helping others adopt new tools and practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop polished, executive-ready presentations and materials Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong program and project coordination skills, including progress tracking and follow-through across multiple initiatives High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the judgment and professionalism to work effectively with senior leaders Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize diverse inputs, and produce structured, executive-ready outputs Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Preferred Attributes Experience in the insurance, reinsurance, or MGA sector General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of CRC Group: At CRC Group, we're committed to supporting every aspect of teammates' well-being – physical, emotional, financial, social, and professional.
