Our engagement teams are built to meet each client’s unique needs. Our employees currently support a variety of Defense and Civilian agencies.   Job Summary:   We are seeking a highly motivated and effective Junior Business Analyst to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Business Management Support Services contract. The Junior Business Analyst will support data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation efforts to assist senior analysts and leadership in operational and strategic decision-making. This role requires proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to deliver actionable findings to stakeholders.   Responsibilities and Duties:   Collect, validate, and analyze program and operational data.   Support preparation of reports, charts, dashboards, and briefings.   Assist with process mapping, metrics tracking, and documentation.   Provide research and administrative support for studies and assessments.   Support executive presentations and recurring performance reports.
