Overview The K-12  Business Development Leader is responsible for cultivating relationships with school districts while contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of educational facilities. This seller–doer role combines business development with hands-on design work to support Parkhill’s growth in Education. Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.   Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.  Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with school district administrators and stakeholders Identify and pursue new K-12 project opportunities Provide design and technical support for educational facility projects Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes Represent the firm in client meetings and at industry events Qualifications Demonstrated experience in K-12 facility design Minimum 3 years of architectural experience Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams Experience leading proposals or client presentations is a plus Existing relationships with school districts are preferred Benefits and Perks  We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
