Job Title: Lead Consultant – Asset Management Suite (EAM) Location : Baltimore, MD. Full Time Permanent Qualifications BasicSkills: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology Preferred Skills • Minimum 7 years of IT experience with 3 years of experience in Asset Suite/Passport EAM product. • Strong knowledge of Asset Suite/Passport EAM technology, architecture and development experience primarily in support, upgrade and customizations. • Manages integrated systems operations and support for enterprise software systems: Enterprise Asset Management (Passport/Asset Suite), Mobile Work Management (PragmaCAD), Mobile Field Operations System (PragmaCAD); Asset Construction PMS (Primavera P6); • Collaborates with other software delivery and software O&M teams to ensure that all systems are integrated and function optimally. • • Responsible for meeting team-wide and unit-specific performance metrics and meeting defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives • • Manages O&M portfolio software including updates and security patches, application support, and monitoring of system performance • • Manages the evaluation of operational systems to establish requirements for modification or replacement • • Supports the development of asset management system design and functional specifications for all new development projects. • Strong Knowledge on enterprise asset, work and mobile workforce management business processes. • Participate in Business Process discussion and provide the expertise in making informed decisions related to PragmaCAD. • At least 6 year experience in full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering, design, development, testing, to production implementation and support • At least 6 year experience in SQL skills in Oracle and/or SQL Server • At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. • At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience with Electric or Gas Utility. Experience with EAM Master Data Design, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Construction Planning, Design and Financial Reconciliation, • Analytical skills • Asset Traceability is a plus • GIS and Mobile integration will be a plus All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
