Job Title: Lead, Continuous Improvement Job Description: The Role:   Our   campus in   Aurora ,   IL   (Two sites , Aurora Pads & Aurora Slurries )   is seeking a   Continuous Improvement   (CI)   Lead   Engineer . The CI Lead   Engineer   will play a critical role   in driving yield gains   across the   two sites   and   associated   supply   chain . Leveraging deep   expertise   in process mapping,   Six Sigma , Lean   and   high-impact transformations, this individual will ensure that   yield   solutions are prepared for success,   implemented   and sustained. As a key contributor to the   Continuous Improvement   team, this   Engineer   will help assess   processe s and KPI’s across the   Aurora Campus   site s   and ensure improvement road maps are defined, executed, and sustained.   This role will also coordinate with the larger CI community to share best practices and learnings to   drive   the   Entegris   Way mindset.   WHAT YOU'LL DO:   Lead C ontinuous   I mprovement   projects   by   identifying   high value losses ( i.e.   in yield, output, delivery, labor, scrap etc.),   prioritizing,   involving necessary resources, following structured approach es,   delivering   and sustaining expected results within the committed timelines.   Lead   Continuous Improvement   strategic initiative deployments :  Develop and implement   CI   strategies to streamline processes and   eliminate   waste   to drive Yield and process optimizations . Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive process improvements.    Assess and Optimize Processes:  Conduct thorough assessments of current processes to   identify   inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Implement Lean principles to   optimize   these processes prior to digital transformation.    Collaborate Across Functions:  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure that Lean improvements are integrated seamlessly with digital technologies.    Drive Cultural Change:  Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Provide training and support to employees to adopt Lean methodologies and new digital tools and processes.    Monitor and Measure Impact:   Establish   metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze data to   identify   trends and areas for further enhancement.     Facilitate Workshops and Training:  Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on Lean methodologies and digital tools.    Facilitate   Continuous Improvement Programs:   Participate   in and/or lead   programs around Skill gap resolution,   Production Elements, Productivity AOP, 5S,   Tier daily management ( TDM ) , etc.    WHAT WE SEEK:     Minimum of 8-10   years’ experience   in a manufacturing environment driving Lean and Six Sigma programs across a large-scale and diverse manufacturing footprint    Experience in driving a lean before digitize mindset across the supply chain with a global team    Formal Six Sigma training and associated Lean, Blackbelt and SPC credentials   is preferred      Willing to travel   but less than 10%      Undergraduate degree in applicable field, engineering, computer science, business - information technology     OUTSTANDING CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:   Proven   track record   of developing,   implementing   and sustaining a   CI   culture across a global enterprise    Direct supplier,   Customer   and factory experience in managing   CI   portfolios with measurable efficiency gains    Hands-on leadership style   with a   sense of urgency to   deliver results     WHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS?     Lead.
