Lead Medical Assistant (Austin Area)

The Medical Assistant Lead directly oversees a team of employees and creates a team environment with a culture of open communication by setting clear team and individual goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines. The position will motivate team members, discover training needs and provide coaching as well as listen to feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. They will share responsibility by performing all the duties outlined for the Medical Assistant and effectively manage and delegate daily tasks and responsibilities to Medical Assistants and front desk coordinators.  They will practice precision everywhere , ensuring that the clinics operate properly, and deliver a memorable experience through exceptional patient care. They will exemplify integrity in everything that they do, always doing what is best for our team and our patients. Clinic Locations: Westlake: 5656 Bee Caves Rd C-104, West Lake Hills, TX 78746 Lakeway: 12801 Shops Pkwy Ste 400, Bee Cave, TX 78738 **To support travel, a mileage stipend/reimbursement is provided for eligible travel between clinic locations.** Clinic Schedule & Hours: Monday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Lakeway) Tuesday, 7:30am-4:30pm (Westlake) Wednesday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Westlake) Thursday, 7:30am-4:30pm (Lakeway) Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm (To be determined)
