Your Role: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing quality expertise. Stay up to date with Chrysler certifications and training. Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards. Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics. Highlights about the store: 35 bays/1 alignment rack Climate control/Heat and AC Built in toolboxes Monthly store lunch Each Technician has a personal laptop and scan tool Monday-Friday Schedule (4-10's available) Inground hoist Cleaned shop every night Endless work (2 weeks' worth of service scheduled) Union pay scale and Benefits 401K employer match Employee Stock purchase program What You'll Bring: Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence. It is also eligible for short-term and long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The total compensation includes the CBA union agreement, which is $33.14- $41.20 per flat rate hour.
