This role is responsible for leading technology initiatives designed to meet the requirements of pharmaceutical professionals, medical experts and scientists. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in data/business analysis and precise formulation of requirements for cross-functional teams. YOUR IMPACT: You will play a key role throughout the solution’s lifecycle management, ensuring that the delivered business value aligns with client expectations You will be supporting multiple stakeholders (Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Teams) by performing business analysis activities (gathering requirements, requirement analysis, business process design and solution design) You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation of requirements and other relevant project information You will assist the technical team during the implementation and rollout phases You will be responsible for analyzing clinical data obtained from multiple source systems and applications HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED : A higher degree is preferred, especially in IT, Data Science, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, or Data Analytics. Candidates should have at least one year of hands-on experience in data analysis for Analyst position, and three years for Consultant positions, ideally in similar capacities Demonstrated expertise or background in Life Science, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries Solid understanding of how data and artificial intelligence can transform businesses and create value is essential Skilled in data analysis, managing data quality, and developing/designing data products Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities The role requires skills in converting complex data concepts into straightforward requirements Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python is necessary An understanding of Cloud computing fundamentals, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is required, experience with Veeva Systems is a plus Proficiency with requirement engineering tools and methodologies like Jira, Confluence, Lucid, or comparable platforms is expected Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds Familiarity with Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe and Scrum, as well as product management tools, is desirable Nice to have: Interest in learning and applying GenAI, Agentic AI for various use cases (i.e. accelerate drug discovery pipelines, automate regulatory documentation, pharmacovigilance) Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, data products creation, system integration patterns is nice to have Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required .  The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances.
