Lockbox Specialist (Level I)

Description: 8k – 10k ksph, Data Entry Proficiency, with 100% accuracy  Ability to lift 25 lbs.  Flexible to work additional hours with little notice.  Able to fully commit to the work schedule.  PROVEN customer focus in a PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT  PROVEN attention to detail in a production environment.  PROVEN ability to continuously learn and adapt.  PROVEN solid attendance record  Ability to communicate effectively  Ability to learn and follow new procedures quickly.  Perform other support operations functions as required.  Comprehend and translate verbal, written and on-line instructions into action.  Follow internal operational controls and bank standards.  Candidates must be detail oriented.  Have a history of job stability  Attendance is a MUST, Can not need any time off.  Specifically:  Contractor will be working in the Lockbox- OPEX Operators  Successful contractors will have prior experience working in a fast-paced, detail  oriented, high volume peoduction area.  Must be able to follow detailed instructions and process high volume, error free  processing on a consistent basis,  Candidate will not be able to request any time off with in the first 90 days and need  candidate that are committed and okay with only working the first 2 weeks of the  month.  Must have flexibility with scheduling These Positions will only work first 2 week out of  the month with the hours and dates below and must be flexible with OT as Needed.  Lockbox or Mail/Mailroom Clerk experience. 6 months - 1 year of experience.  Comfortable working day/night shift.
