Overview Chenega Naswik International is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support a high-profile security program throughout the National Capital Region. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing logistics operations, inventory management, property accountability, armory support, and equipment readiness for mission-critical security personnel. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Department of Defense, military, federal law enforcement, or security operations and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. ** This position is contingent upon contract award ** Responsibilities Manager all logistics, inventory, supply, and property accountability Oversee Government and Contractor-furnished equipment, including weapons, radios, uniforms, and mission-essential Maintain accurate inventory records and accountability of sensitive Coordinate equipment issuance, maintenance, repair, and replacement Conduct inventories, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance and Generate logistics and inventory reports for program Support contract startup, transition activities, and surge Supervise logistics personnel and assist with process Other duties as assigned Qualifications Active Secret Clearance required Must be a U.S. Citizen Valid driver's license Minimum three (3) years of logistics, supply chain, property management, inventory control, or accountable property experience. Experience supporting Department of Defense, military, federal law enforcement, government contracting, or security operations. Experience managing accountable property, controlled equipment, weapons, communications equipment, or related assets. Successfully pass background and drug screening Experience utilizing inventory management systems and maintaining detailed accountability records. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Professional logistics certification such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Possess a strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, inventory control, and property accountability. Possess a basic level of proficiency with Information Technology (I.T.) software applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.  Possess verifiable speaking and writing skills that demonstrate the ability to professionally communicate with customers and stakeholders, including high-ranking government officials.
