MultiCare Cancer Institute is a physician-led, multi-specialty group within MultiCare Health System, delivering integrated hematology, oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive care across Washington state. Each year, we diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases across Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima.
We bring together advanced pathology, imaging and evidence-based treatment with holistic supportive services to provide personalized, high-quality cancer care. As we continue to grow, we are building the Pacific Northwest’s most comprehensive and high-value oncology network—projected to double in volume over the next five years.

Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through providing quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families. As an LPN at MultiCare you will work in collaboration with your team ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences.
Responsibilities
You will provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal states of growth, development, and aging
You will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
You will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
Current BLS certification
License to pass medications may be required
Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred
Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire
Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $35.01 - $57.86 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
