Overview Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, documentation, implementation with Family Health Center.
Responsibilities Documents assessments and instructions accurately. Consistently demonstrates safe and accurate technical skills. Demonstrates competency in the performance of all procedures routinely performed in the office. Triaging of patients is accurate and complies with instructions rendered by provider. Assessments of patients are accurate, consistently performed and completed efficiently. Routinely demonstrates proper technique in operating all office equipment. Demonstrates competency in providing quality patient care. Accurately follows provider directions. Handles all specimens using proper technique. Correctly labels and processes specimens. Insures proper preparation of specimens for lab courier transfer to Lab. Routinely performs all nursing duties in a clean and safe manner. All communication with patients, providers, team members and the public is courteous, accurate and professional. Performs all other duties as assigned in a cooperative and professional manner.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year L.P.N./R.N. experience. Minimum of 1 year L.P.N./R.N. experience, preferably in a Doctors Office.
