What You'll Do Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services in a timely and professional manner. Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to the service team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company. Work collaboratively with technicians and advisors to ensure efficient service flow. Stay updated on new vehicle technologies and service procedures through company-provided training. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
