What You’ll Do As a Lube Technician, you will help keep our service department moving by completing routine maintenance services accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Perform oil and filter changes Complete tire rotations and basic tire services Check and top off vehicle fluids Inspect brakes, tires, batteries, belts, hoses, and other key components Complete multipoint vehicle inspections Clearly document inspection findings and recommended maintenance needs Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs Assist with basic maintenance and entry-level repairs Verify completed work and ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and parts team members Participate in training and development opportunities What You’ll Bring Previous automotive, lube, tire, or maintenance experience is preferred Technical school education is a plus Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and a strong sense of urgency Willingness to learn and accept coaching Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to safely operate tools and shop equipment Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record Why Join Wilde Subaru?
