What You'll Do Perform oil services, tire changeovers, alignments, light-responsibility diagnostics and other basic maintenance services. Conduct vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to the service team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to provide a thoughtful workflow. Stay up to date on new vehicle technologies through company-provided training. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset. Motivation to learn, grow, and advance within the automotive field. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
