Prepare, stage, and load raw materials or finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor processes and communicate any issues to the Team Leader or skilled operators. Maintain clear communication with previous and next shifts to support smooth operations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping and safety standards. Assist team members in operating activities as needed. Perform basic quality checks and report any non‑conforming materials. Complete required documentation and data entry accurately during production. Who You Are High School Diploma or equivalent (proof required) One (1) year of previous Manufacturing or Forklift Experience preferred. Safety focused, self starter ready to contribute! Compensation and Benefits :    Expected Compensation   $28.16 /hourly base rate with the potential to earn $45.43/hourly.
