Dealership: L0374 Keyes European Keyes European Now Hiring- Main Line Service Technicians Pay: $18.42-$55..00 per flat rate hour. Schedule: 5-day work week with Sundays and 1 rotating weekday off. Ensure all used vehicles are retail-ready by completing quality inspections and necessary repairs. Perform mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning to prepare vehicles for sale. Deliver high-quality expertise while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. Help ensure every pre-owned vehicle is customer-ready before it reaches the sales lot. What You'll Bring 1+ year of automotive technician experience. Previous dealership experience but not required. Basic knowledge of vehicle repair procedures. ASE certifications but not required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $18.42 - $55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
