Audi San Diego   has an outstanding opportunity for a skilled   Mainline Technician   to join the Holman family.    ***Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications. Team leads dispatch work and   provide   clear workflow reporting to each technician—ensuring transparency and fairness with no favoritism.   Strong mentorship culture   -   Apprentice technicians   benefit   from a highly supportive and well-established mentorship program.   Yearly compensation review   -   We take your pay seriously and conduct yearly compensation reviews to ensure we stay competitive in our market.   Structured pay plan   -   Immediate updates   in   pay when certification or experience milestones are reached.     Schedule   -   Technicians are   scheduled   8 hour   shifts plus a   1 hour   lunch, with the   option   to work   additional   hours if preferred.     What will you do?     The Mainline Technician must be experienced in the following areas:    Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy,   in accordance with   dealership and factory standards    Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair    Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials    Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to   account for dealership tools at all times     Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair    Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena    What are we looking for?     1 year or more of automotive   mainline   technician experience     Luxury brand experience is highly desired   Technical Auto training or Audi   certifications , ASEs are a plus     Valid   Drivers   License, a clean   MVR   or minimal violations    Willingness to undergo our background requirements    #LI-RL1   INDAT   At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
