Porsche San Diego  has an opportunity for a skilled  Mainline Technician   to join the Holman family.   ***Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications. Relocation  assistance  available***   Pay Range:  $3 3.00 - $56.00   per flat rate hour    What do we have to Offer?   Growth and Training -   Paid Porsche certification (Eastvale training facility 1.5 hours away,   New   facility in   Dallas   TX- we will always send techs to   training   as classes are available!   Team Structure -   One shop   foreman   and 4 team   leads   to support techs in the shop.   Mentorship program -  5-6 qualified mentors in our shop paid to mentor new techs   on   all experience levels.  64% of our shop is Gold Certified (master certification for the Porsche Brand) - lots of talent to learn from.   86% average shop   proficiency   this year.   Electronic dispatch system -   Dispatched based on skill level (HV, classic,   ect .).    Support in place -   Lot porters bring cars to   techs .   Shop assistant to   assist   with special tools, shop   cleanliness   and road   tests .   POSITIVE shop culture and strong   comradery-   Monthly shop competitions to encourage higher productivity- winning team lunches to celebrate.   Monthly team BBQs.   Yearly compensation review   -   We take your pay seriously and conduct yearly compensation reviews to ensure we stay competitive in our market.   Structured pay -   Immediate updates   in   pay when certification or experience milestones are reached .     What will you do?   The Mainline Technician must be experienced in the following areas:   Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy,   in accordance with   dealership and factory standards   Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair   Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials   Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to   account for dealership tools at all times   Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair   Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena   What are we looking for?   1 year or more of   Porsche   technician experience required Technical Auto training or  Porsche   certifications , ASEs are a plus    Valid   Drivers   License, a clean   MVR   or minimal violations   Willingness to undergo our background requirements   #LI-RL1   INDPR At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
