Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability. Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime. Perform effective first-time repairs. Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and project. Education, Experience, and Knowledge High School Diploma required Trade School background preferred Experience with Industrial Electronics & Controls Skills and Requirements Strong electrical aptitude Ability to read voltmeters and other precision tools Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Ability to read and follow written instructions Strong communication skills Troubleshooting capabilities Attention to detail Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Basic computer literacy Team-oriented mindset Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law .
