We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Maintenance / Housekeeping II - Sea Mar Community Health Centers Sea Mar is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal) Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting) Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation) Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Follow all safety and health guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor Basic math and reading skills Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided) Annual TB test required Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work Exposure to weather and cleaning chemicals Fast-paced healthcare setting Sea Mar Community Health Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.
