Job Details The Maintenance Mechanic II Performs a wide variety of functions related to plumbing, heating, medical gases operation, maintenance and repair of hospital moveable equipment, and other building maintenance as required.  Requirements: High school diploma , equivalent or relative experience Successful graduation from an accredited trade school with courses in: mechanics, electricity, general maintenance, HVAC preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the building trades Must be able to work independently Valid, clean NYS driver's license The salary rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
