This is not a "desk job." If you are a problem-solver who enjoys high-stakes logistics and hands-on facilities management, we want to hear from you.
Join our team in Elmhurst, IL - we're looking for someone who truly values and enjoys working in the office, not just tolerates it.
Experience
Experience: 3+ years in facilities coordination, maintenance management, or operations logistics. Experience in a pharmacy, medical lab, or food manufacturing environment is a massive plus.
Technical Savvy: You are comfortable using maintenance software (CMMS), inventory management systems, and the basics of office tech (Slack, Google Workspace).
The "Handyman" Edge: While you’ll hire pros for big jobs, you aren't afraid to pick up a tool to fix a loose door handle or troubleshoot a jammed label printer.
Regulatory Mindset: You understand that in a pharmacy, "clean" and "organized" aren't just suggestions—they are legal requirements.
Physical Ability: Ability to be on your feet most of the day and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific field.
NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
