Maintenance Repairman 2 - Plumbing

Serve as a semi-skilled sub-journeyman in the installation and maintenance of facilities as directed by the Office of Facilities Management. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, valves, faucets, traps, and other sanitary fixtures. Install fixtures, supports, and hangers. Maintain steam lines, steam traps, steam heating, and cooking equipment. Maintain piping systems by opening clogged pipes and traps and repairing broken or leaking pipes. To be successful in this role, you must pay good attention to detail, problem-solving, and technical skills.
