Maintenance Technician Join the team driving the future of Recycling! Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a n Maintenance Technician for our Pennsylvania recycling operation.  The pay range for this position is $20-$35/ hr. depending upon education and experience. The schedule is an overnight 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will train on daylight schedule before transitioning into the overnight shift.  In this role, you will you’ll do more than just turn a wrench, you’ll you will keep the heartbeat of our recycling facility running strong. From managing performing maintenance & production inventories to troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial equipment. From  troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial equipment to maintaining inventories and performing proactive maintenance. We support higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing industries with sustainability at our  core. Our dedication to sustainability and ethical standards drives our long-term success and strengthens relationships with stakeholders.  For more information, please click here:  https://www.triumvirate.com/social-responsibility .   Essential Responsibilities:   Keep our operation s running smoothly with proactive preventative maintenance/ repairs.    Troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical issues that keep production moving.    Inspect, service, and optimize extruders, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other key equipment.    Install new equipment, calibrate machines, and continually improve uptime/ efficiency.    Partner with operators, and managers to WOW both internal and external customers.    Lead with safety to help foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement.    Perform miscellaneous job duties as required.    Basic Requirements:   At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (extrusion, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems a plus).    Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.    Hands-on skills with power/hand tools, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.    Knowledge of PLCs, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles.    A strong team mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.    High school diploma or GED (trade school, associate's degree, or welding/fabrication skills preferred).    Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.   Willingness to work Ability to work overtime when needed .   This role is considered safety sensitive .   Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)    Must have a reliable form of transportation.   Maintain consistent and timely attendance.   Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.   Preferred Qualification s/ Requirements :   Experience with PLC troubleshooting/programing     Skills in welding and metal fabrication    Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems    Knowledge of industrial automation or robotics    Background in mechanical repair, machine installation, or process improvement    Work Environment:   It’s important that candidates fully understand the environment they’ll be working in. This role is hands-on, fast paced, and critical to keeping our operation moving.    Safety-First Culture : Hearing protection and other PPE are required. Safety isn’t optional; it’s the foundation of everything we do.
