Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks. Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure proper operation. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues. Complete basic repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests. Keep accurate records of completed maintenance activities. Follow company safety procedures and operational standards. Assist with facility improvements and special maintenance projects as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
