Responsibilities Participate in a structured training program covering operations, leadership, and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and support process improvements. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing key business initiatives. Analyze performance data to identify patterns and recommend solutions. Support supervisors and managers with daily operations and project coordination.
