We are guided by the following set of values and behaviors–optimism, integrity, excellence, inclusion, co-creation and boldness–and look forward to hearing about how your past experiences align with them.  Position  Summary   The Manager, Contractor Integration ensures implementation and monitoring of all contractor workforce obligations specifically tied to contractor workforce operations. This professional brings experience in supplier engagement, contract interpretation, operational readiness to review contractor agreements, and venue operations at scale to adhere to venue use agreements, supplier contracts, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and other key documents for labor commitments and operational imperatives. This role is primarily responsible for contractor workforce integration and contractor readiness monitoring. This role contributes to workforce policy development and systems analysis as needed. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Integration, this position establishes contractor‑specific tracking systems, conducts labor‑related assessments, and provides strategic guidance on contractual requirements affecting contractor workforce mobilization and minimizing disruptions during Games Time Operations. This role ensures that contractor organizations, which employ and manage the largest segment of the Games-time workforce, meet labor commitments, maintain compliance to LA28 standards, and are prepared for effective Games-time deployment.  Key  Responsibilities   Contractual Analysis & Risk Management   Review, analyze, and interpret labor-related terms and obligations across relevant LA28 contracts, with expanded emphasis on supplier and service agreements that address contractor workforce deployment, staffing commitments, union requirements, reporting obligations, and Games-time labor deployment.  Monitor contractor workforce commitments, readiness indicators, and contractual workforce requirements to identify emerging issues, gaps, dependencies, and areas requiring stakeholder action to support successful contractor mobilization and Games-time readiness.  Establish and maintain contractor‑specific tracking systems and dashboards to monitor fulfillment of labor obligations, workforce reporting requirements and readiness milestones throughout pre‑Games and Games‑time operations.  Develop and maintain a centralized repository of labor-related contractual obligations, including contractor workforce provisions, service commitments, decision rights, reporting requirements, and expectations, ensuring cross-functional teams have clear visibility into contractor responsibilities and obligations.  Establish and manage contractor workforce escalation pathways, ensuring workforce issues are appropriately triaged, routed, tracked, and resolved through the appropriate stakeholders to support workforce readiness and operational continuity.  Contractor Relations Expertise & Advisory   Monitor collective bargaining agreements, neutrality agreements, project labor agreements, and other labor commitments.  Advise on contractor workforce selection processes to ensure alignment with Organizational requirements and values.  Conduct contractual analysis to inform contractor workforce integration, readiness and planning, for Games time operations.  Serve as the primary liaison between LA28 and contractor organizations, ensuring contractors understand workforce expectations, reporting requirements, contractual workforce commitments, and Games-time workforce policies.  Cross-Functional Capability & Integration   Provide workforce policy support only as needed, ensuring policies align with contractual obligations affecting contractor workforce operations.  Understand technology systems requirements and validate that systems support contractual tracking and monitoring.  Collaborate with other team members to ensure operational systems align with contractual obligations.  Partner with contractor organizations, venue teams, and supplier partners to understand labor requirements, staffing commitments, union relationships, and expectations.  Monitor trends in labor law, collective bargaining, and industry practices that may impact contractual obligations.  Reporting Obligations   Contractual obligation tracking and status across all agreements.  Gap analysis and findings with risk severity assessments.  Risk assessment reports and heat maps by venue and agreement type.  Contractor workforce status and performance tracking.  CBA monitoring reports and critical touchpoint tracking.  Audit results, findings, and remediation plan progress.  Contract analysis of findings and strategic recommendations.  Risk mitigation progress updates and effectiveness measures.  Readiness assessments for Games-Time operations.  Experience  Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in contractor workforce management, workforce operations, supplier or contractor oversight, or large-scale event operations, with demonstrated exper
