About the Opportunity
Job Summary The Manager, HR Platforms & Solutions analyzes, designs, and maintains information systems in support of human resources. Participates in the evaluation, selection, design, development, implementation, testing, documentation, maintenance, and upgrading of human resources software applications for the organization. Leads core Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions, including configuration of business processes, module expansion, security management, data loads, and reporting within Workday. Ensures accuracy and data integrity of HRIS. Serves as the point of contact for integration work.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a collaborative work environment and professional development
Drive the development, deployment, and enhancement of Workday modules and integrations, ensuring smooth implementations and upgrades
Tier 3+ Support
Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and enhancement requests
Act as the primary point of contact for integrations
Interact with external vendors at all levels to manage relationships and ensure proper delivery of services
Maintain close communication with functional areas
Serve as the subject matter expert and consultant for supported areas
Project Leadership & HR Initiatives
Lead medium- to large-scale projects and major human resources initiatives
Partner with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure milestones are met
Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for software systems, use cases, and content models
Provide leadership for work process redesign and performance outcome measures in targeted processes
Develop appropriate test plans and test cases, and ensure complete system testing is performed
Participate in change management strategy and planning
Process Improvement, Optimization & Analytics
Analyze the current human resources technology landscape, identifying opportunities for system enhancements, integrations, and optimization
Develop data insights to identify opportunities, measure adoption, and track system performance
Support data governance principles by ensuring data quality, security, and compliance within the Workday system
Build and maintain advanced custom reports, leveraging calculated fields and other reporting functionalities
Minimum Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Five to seven years of related experience
In-depth knowledge of human resources processes, data governance, information technology infrastructure, and data security practices
Proficiency in leading the implementation and optimization of human resources platforms, with Workday strongly desired
Deep understanding of human resources data analytics and reporting best practices
Experience with data visualization tools such as Prism, Tableau, and Power BI
Highly effective program and project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex human resources technology initiatives
Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Preferred
Familiarity with human resources and payroll processes and data

Expected Hiring Range:
$99,010.00 - $143,567.50
With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
