Primary Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment Partner with physician leadership, the Practice Administrator/COO, and clinic managers to develop and implement people strategies and workforce plans aligned with business objectives. Communicate changes to associates with clarity, empathy, and transparency. Support cultural integration while preserving the practice's physician-led identity. Ensure continuity of associate experience during system migrations and organizational restructuring. Change Management Enable change management planning and activities, with particular focus on the Cencora transition. Champion and support adoption for communication strategies that keep associates informed and engaged during periods of change.
