Manager, Retail Operations

Retail Operations Lead retail operational management across O&O channels and provide operational support for Partner Retail channels Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, and processes Drive operational excellence across stores through disciplined execution and follow-up Monitor operational compliance including inventory, staffing, store standards, and process execution Identify operational gaps and implement improvement actions Support operational readiness for promotions, launches, seasonal transitions, and new initiatives Retail Analytics & Business Performance Own weekly and monthly retail performance reporting and analysis Monitor key KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity, and store productivity Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations to channel leaders Support store segmentation and productivity improvement initiatives through data-driven insights Prepare business review materials and operational updates for leadership meetings Track execution progress and follow-up on key business priorities Lead PER package development and support retail real estate investment evaluations through productivity analysis, sales forecasting, and operational feasibility assessment Retail Training & Capability Development Lead Retail Training function and oversee field capability development across all retail channels Own onboarding and training programs for store managers and retail teams Drive selling capability, operational excellence, and consumer experience training Identify capability gaps through KPI analysis and field feedback, and implement improvement plans Build consistent execution standards and retail excellence culture across stores Coach and develop field teams to improve operational discipline and business performance Cross-Functional Execution Act as key operational liaison between HQ and field teams Coordinate execution across Retail, Merchandising, MPIM, VM/BX, Marketing, HR, and Finance teams Support implementation of promotions, campaigns, seasonal launches, and strategic initiatives Ensure clear communication and execution alignment across all retail channels Retail Process & Governance Support development and implementation of retail operational processes and governance Drive process simplification and operational efficiency improvements Monitor execution consistency and follow-up on key operational priorities Support retail systems and operational workflow improvements LOCATION Korea, Seoul - Office FULL TIME/PART TIME Full time Current LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.
