Marketing Event Operations Senior Analyst - Vietnamese Speaking

Key responsibilities Holistic understanding of all the events happening in their assigned market  Engage with stake holder to capture requirements Tool Setup & execution of the event management related activities like Nominations, Registrations, confirmation, scheduling etc, troubleshooting & escalating as required  Provide regular updates on the event progress and status reports Crafts / edits website, email and registration form copy in language, QA event website and emails from language perspective once setup by Tools Setup team  Obtains local Client sign off on tool setup  Handles guest management for events in partnership with local event organizing team  Deploys event comms email campaigns  Ensure audience swaps / manual registrations are updated in the system  Implementation of site waitlist / closure if event registration is at capacity  Job Requirements At least 2 years of project management experience, including planning and coordination. 1–2 years of client-facing experience supporting Vietnam clients. Strong execution skills with excellent attention to detail. Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
