Strategically plan, manage and execute large and small scale promotions for HR products, programs and activities to address specific business issues or employee needs and achieve desired results Partner closely with cross-functional teams to help drive effective implementation and deployment of key benefits initiatives across the company through consultation, communication and creative efforts Develop effective ways to increase awareness and understanding of benefits offered, and increase participation in programs Assist in the graphic design, writing and editing of materials across various media, including email, online, print mail, digital signage, blogs, brochures, etc., and for a variety of audiences – from senior executives to front-line employees Support the VP, HR Communications in managing events such as new program launches, on-site education sessions, webinars, etc. Project manage initiatives from end to end Bachelors degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design) 3-5 years experience in Corporate Marketing Communications or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective relationship builder; ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization; leadership and team player skills are all essential Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Ability to handle a heavy workload and manage multiple events simultaneously Detail-oriented, with outstanding organizational and project management skills Proficient in design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft programs.
