Energy Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager II that will be responsible for delivering marketing and communications initiatives that support program participation, stakeholder engagement, and brand awareness for one of Energy Solutions’ client programs. This position collaborates closely with program leadership, outreach partners, clients, and stakeholders to develop effective messaging, communication strategies, and marketing materials that translate technical and regulatory information into clear, accessible, and actionable content.
This role collaborates cross-functionally to plan and deliver communication campaigns, stakeholder resources, outreach activities, and educational materials that support program growth and participation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop annual marketing and communications strategies that support program participation, stakeholder engagement, and customer acquisition
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to translate program goals, priorities, and stakeholder needs, based on advisement and approval of program leadership and outreach teams
Develop and maintain marketing plans and outreach approaches, based on established systems, that support strategic program objectives and participation goals
Coordinate and deliver stakeholder communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective messaging across multiple audiences
Develop and maintain communications calendars and communication channel strategies across email, direct mail, web, social media, and digital platforms
Create, review, and refine messaging to ensure technical and regulatory information is communicated clearly and effectively for target audiences
Develop announcements, collateral, case studies, customer testimonials, social media content, webinars, training materials, and other communication assets
Collaborate with program subject matter experts and stakeholders to research, develop, and maintain relevant program content
Support initiatives that enhance Energy Solutions’ brand awareness, market presence, and stakeholder engagement
Serve as a liaison between outreach partners and program leadership to align outreach activities with program objectives, escalating stakeholder needs to Senior Manager when changes in messaging, tactics, or priorities are necessary
Coordinate and support virtual and in-person stakeholder events, outreach campaigns, educational forums, and engagement activities
Gather and communicate stakeholder feedback, insights, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of outreach and communications efforts
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, solar vendors, community organizations, and internal teams to support program growth and participation
Coordinate communication deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder needs across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
Track and communicate project status, communication activities, and stakeholder engagement outcomes to program leadership
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve communication processes, stakeholder engagement strategies, and content development practices
Maintain documentation, communication assets, and marketing resources in accordance with program standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance communication effectiveness and program participation outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience supporting the development and execution of communications strategies, marketing plans, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Experience managing multiple communications projects and coordinating deliverables across diverse stakeholder groups
Demonstrated, strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a variety of formats, including writing, editing, speaking, active listening, and internal coordination
Working knowledge of marketing communications best practices across email, social media, web, public relations, and stakeholder communications
Demonstrated organization, project management, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Ability to proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and develop creative communication solutions
Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with external stakeholders
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email marketing and social media platform
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in marketing , Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline
