Summary Arrow is seeking a   Business-Oriented MDM Analyst  to support its global Master Data Management program by working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, business-relevant data. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for master data Work with users to understand data needs and use cases Ensure customer, vendor, and product data meets business rules (e.g., VAT/tax completeness) Identify data quality issues and coordinate fixes with IT/MDM teams Support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights Act as the bridge between business functions within Arrow (ECS & Components) and technical teams Profile 1–3 years in   business analysis, data analysis, or MDM Knowledge of   Informatica MDM Strong stakeholder communication and listening skills Comfortable working in global teams What’s In It for You A  full-time permanent role  within a globally recognized IT leader.
