Master Social Worker

TITLE: Master Social Worker. LOCATION: Waukesha, WI 53188. DURATION: 13 WEEKS (POSSIBLE EXTENTION). TIMINGS: 08:00 AM TO 4:30 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. Requirements: MSW LCSW BLS Master Degree Epic DESCRIPTION: Start at the Home Health office and travel with RN for patient visits within a 30-minute radius. Float Requirements: none · On Call/Call Back Requirements: Potential for Weekend On Call once every 3-4 weeks. Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, License Verification. If offered would require Master’s degree or transcript. Minimum Experience: 2 years’ experience specialty, previous Home Health/Home Care experience required, a basic understanding of Home Care regulations. Charting Experience Required: None. Uses remote EPIC. Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio).
