We provide services to Fortune 500 and mid-size companies to meet their talent needs with high quality IT resources through Staff Augmentation, Global Talent Management, Value Added Services through CLASS (Competency Leveraged Advanced Staffing & Solutions) Permanent Placement Services and Vendor Management Programs.  Summary : In this role, you will use your experience and/or expertise to provide complete fulfillment and logistics coordination for various Dust Control applications & NAM Logistics initiatives. Scope will include all aspects of inventory transactions for incoming and outbound material, problem solving issues and execution of objectives to effectively satisfy short and long-term business goals. You will act as a single point of contact for the Dust Control commercial team, owning the day-to-day operations and fulfillment process for both internal and external order requirements.  • Ensure adequate material supply at  trans loading  site reflects current demand and increases/ decreases as required or as season closes, to optimize inventory value efficiency.  • Responsible to create and fax purchase orders to material supplier.  • Receive rail cars into SAP upon arrival at trans loading site; reconcile quantity loaded vs. quantity ordered.  • Liaise with Customer Service and Account Managers for order placement, delivery timing and quantity of daily trucks.  • Create SAP deliveries and transmit to 3PL for assignment of carrier. Print SAP BOL and related paper work, scan and email to railroading site.  • Reconcile quantity loaded on truck vs. quantity ordered. Post goods issue material once weight tickets are received.  • Enable quick turn-around on business opportunities which will, at times, require extensive coordination to arrange deliveries with supplier, transload facility and transporters.   AP)  Qualifications/Requirements  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Sciences with minimum of 2 years Logistics/Operations Experience OR High School Diploma with minimum 8 years Logistics or Operations experience.  • Knowledge and Experience with Logistics practices and Regulatory requirements  • Experience using excel for reporting and analytics  • SAP experience  • Demonstrated experience working and decision making independently  Desired Characteristics  • Ability to multi-task, organized and possesses strong communication skills (verbal and written)  • High sense of urgency  • Customer service and results oriented  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities  • Team player, demonstrated pro-active and self-starter behavior  • Demonstrated strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SAP) To apply: Please contact Ujjwal Mane at (973)-805-7557 or e-mail your resume at  ujjwal.Mane[@]collabera.com
