Scope will include all aspects of inventory transactions for incoming and outbound material, problem solving issues and execution of objectives to effectively satisfy short and long-term business goals. You will act as a single point of contact for the Dust Control commercial team, owning the day-to-day operations and fulfillment process for both internal and external order requirements.  • Ensure adequate material supply at  trans loading  site reflects current demand and increases/ decreases as required or as season closes, to optimize inventory value efficiency.  • Responsible to create and fax purchase orders to material supplier.  • Receive rail cars into SAP upon arrival at trans loading site; reconcile quantity loaded vs. quantity ordered.  • Liaise with Customer Service and Account Managers for order placement, delivery timing and quantity of daily trucks.  • Create SAP deliveries and transmit to 3PL for assignment of carrier. Print SAP BOL and related paper work, scan and email to railroading site.  • Reconcile quantity loaded on truck vs. quantity ordered.
